Reiki – what to expect in a session of this wonderful, healing system!!

During a REIKI treatment you are fully clothed, lying on a massage table in a warm softly lit room. I begin by gently placing my hands on your head and as the Reiki energy starts to flow through my hands , I continue to move along your Chakras ( sometimes known as energy centres) working from your head to your feet, helping to restore your natural balance along the way.
You may experience different energies & feelings, usually of warmth flowing from my hands. In my experience it’s a very comforting energy. If you are tense, it will relax you, if you’re feeling low in energy, it will encourage you to sleep and rest, if you are at a low ebb it will help to lift your spirits. Your body’s needs will define what it requires and how Reiki is received.
Everybody can benefit from bringing Reiki into their lives.
Treatments last between 45 -60 minutes and cost € 55.
